Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Furclava. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can; colors and fur may look slightly different on screen. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Pack prices are applied automatically in the cart.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment looks fraudulent; if so, we refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Use of the product

Furclava masks are winter apparel. Wear them with the protective gear your activity requires and remove them if they restrict your vision or breathing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. Questions: our contact form.
