30-day returns

You can return unused, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Packs must be returned complete. Contact us first through our contact form to get the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Shipping Protection (optional add-on, $5)

If you added Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, report it within 30 days of the last tracking update and we will reship your order at no cost. Shipping Protection is refunded only if the order is cancelled before it ships.

Customers in the EU, EEA and UK

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us through our contact form. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.
